Im planning on getting into wholesaling to pay off student loan debts and to raise capital to move into rentals. That being said does anyone have any information, advice, tips, or tricks on wholesaling in NY and the legalities thats are involved with it such as rules, regulations and the wording of contracts etc.? Anything helps!

Hey Ciaran, I am also getting my feet wet with wholesaling in NY.  I am currently trying to figure out the legalities that are involved too. My plan is to call and/or email some attorneys this week and see what they say. Would love to stay in touch
