If the basement bedrooms don't have windows it's a pretty high chance it's an unzoned basement unit all together. 

Then adding in a sandwich lease option deal on top will get pretty complicated.  

The Boston MFR market is just plain nuts and the same holds true for pretty much anything inside RT 128 and even out to many parts of the inside-495 belt.In general, you'll find property values increase the closer you get to Boston. 

Multi family and Airbnb are pretty different businesses I think.Good luck!

I have heard you have to hold your money with a 3rd party and besides that you can pretty much just use the money to invest.

I am pretty new to the real estate industry and I was wondering wat is better as a real estate invester: buy rental properties and get the money through rent and cashflow or is it better to do wholesale in real estate or can I combine these two.What are your thoughts about this?
