@Ryan Crofford If I could give you any advice it would be to forget about wholesaling...its pointless to ponder away the power of equity and building a massive portfolio simply because you don't understand how to structure a deal and control or own property.

I've spoken with other successful real estate investors in the area/brokerage owners & they all say that particular appraiser is a "power freak that loves killing deals".
