I have no problem with that, but I hardly have any money for myself, all the while my ex-wife is getting tattoos, buying expensive clothes and spending it on unnecessary things.I want to get the financial freedom to not have to worry about the little things.

Also,, If your Mother is the trustee, of the trust she has major power, she can choose how to do quite a lot with the property, So that could be good news for you..If Your mom is the executor of the Will, she is limited to the verbage in the will and has to adhere to the dispersal of the property per state law after probate had been closed.
