We even discussed that if he doesn't have a chance to submit the taxes on time and ends up submitting an extension (he was supposed to be moving offices), he will have to run the numbers, and if numbers show we owed anything, we would send a check  to IRS before April 18, 2016, and then IRS would reimburse us (if there's balance left) once he gets a chance to complete the taxes and submit.

You have to find the local office and request lists when you want them.  

The agent will of course need to block out any personal or financial details about the buyers or sellers but the details of the sale are all public knowledge and available from the local county assessors office (usually online and for free).

This is has been horrible story for us...This horrible tenant had finally moved out, found out later from the neighbor he is under warrant arrest by the police the last 2 weeks before he is moved.

Yeah, so I found a much more intelligent escrow officer that walked me through how to do this legally and even sent me the proper forms, HECK YEAH BOY!  

We hope to start next week.The plan is to have one side one large office rented to one business, and the other side will be executive space to be rented to 2-4 clients needing smaller offices.

I also have tried down at the permit office to find out of homes that have been  issued a violation for not cutting their lawn, too much junk in the yard and things like that.  

Bad areas are BAD.A good strategy is to buy within easy commuting distance to the military bases, and rent to an officer.
