Couple questions for the group:1.

I'm in the middle of a couple transactions as we speak.

I’m also getting married at the end of the year and both of our names are on the deed but only 1 on the mortgage.

@Moses Lucero I *think* you are fine, but I am not an expert, just a fellow SDIRA investor :-) When we set up our 3 way LLC which all members are Checkbook Controlled SDIRAs or SOLO401Ks, we specifically checked on this as we ARE involved in a couple of other businesses together which like you have NOTHING to do with the 3 way LLC. 

I bout a duplex in 2013 that i fixed up and lived in one unit for a few years while renting out the other half, I got married and my wife and i bought a single family home for us. 

From reading Millionaire Next Door awhile back, the author recommended total mortgage debt to be no more than double your annual income (pre-tax).I was close to this when purchasing our first home a couple of years ago.

I read a couple and would like to read waaaaaaayyyy more to Bette my knowledge.

When I was fix & flipping I Netted about $30k on the smallest flip and I think it was about $300k on a couple of bigger flips.

I am not married nor do I have kids.
