I'm talking about, ensuring the photos and description highlight those issues that may put people off when they view it in person... the last thing you want is someone to drive up to your rental for your showing and drive way because you failed to mention it's right next to the train tracks, etc.... this will save you a lot of time and when you do get a showing you'll know that person is interested in the 'true' form of your rental.

If you want to learn the trade of selling real estate and put on the realtor hat then I would recommend you join a team to start off to gain some experience as they will feed you leads and train you and likely will be a 50/50 commission split.
