I don't see how someone can wash a full load without having the other side to rinse in.

Unlike the US banking in Portugal is consolidated in a few banks which means that things that are common in the US like credit unions or local lenders are not found there.Has anyone had experience in doing BRRRR with Portuguese lenders?

Do you see blockchain and smart contracts as the future of how we deal in real estate, or are there just too many hurdles to get over?

Often times we have the vendor/contractor reach out to the resident to communicate directly on a time when they will be home to let them in.
