From Tech Career to full-time real estate investor

After 30+ years being a part-time real estate investor. I finally took the plunge and have become a real estate professional. I've lived through rehabs, flips, short sales and made lots of money on buying and selling real estate. I have 2 black belts, one in failure and one in success! So after a long and healthy Tech career I thought it was time for a change. I've committed myself to being a full-time real estate investor, private money broker and real estate consultant!
Hi Bigger Pockets Community, Excited to read and learn strategies from all of you.

What is your goal?

Do you have a nice amount saved up for the activities you enjoy(I assume yes given a 30+ year in Tech plus you mentioning making lots of money already in real estate).
If that is the case, what are you looking to achieve now within real estate?
(Grow your wealth, preserve your wealth, other?)
