We are finishing up a house in Boothbay Harbor right now.

I've reached out to a few hard money lenders...still talking with a few (Most I've talked to won't lend on a Mid Renovation).As of now there I'm focusing on these two strategies:1.Find some gap financing to give myself some time2.Partner Up finish the Reno and do a equity splitAny creative financing ideas that you guys have or have worked for you would be greatly appreciated.Thanks in advance!

It is a bigger deal, soil test, survey existing units, etc...multi year start to finish is my guess. 

Can't time the market I can forsee stagnation but probably not a decline, also I can see finish level being more important than ever, even though it is already a huge factor in the more coastal communities.

We are finishing up the the due diligence  and are ready to close. 

I just finished reading Rich Dad Poor Dad and I'm eager to get out there and start building my empire. 

Also, one of the bedrooms i hope to add will be in the basement, which is already finished and has a separate egress.
