Have we peaked in California?
It seems like a slowdown, based on a good economy and low unemployment. How do you feel things will go in the next few years? It wouldn't be surprising to see prices start to cool down, if interest rates were to rise a little, or if the economy cooled off. My gut feeling is that it'll cool in a couple years. Would love to hear some thoughts.
