Hello everyone, I'm looking into investing in real state for the first time but I would like to know yall's perspective on how the forecast looks like for the real state market due to the coronavirus and its effects.

As a contrary point though, indirectly, it absolutely has an effect, and to deny that is wanton hubris.

You need to be able to communicate effectively with the person painting walls as well as the person underwriting your loans.I think a STEM field would give him more options but get that's a hard sell if he's set on real estate.That being said, much to the chagrin of my family of educators, I flunked out of a couple colleges before I was 21, and had almost clawed my way to an associates degree before I took a semester break two and half years ago when we were expecting our daughter.

It may change quickly due to the Corona effect.

They seem entirely misinformed and looking for the lowest hanging fruit rather than trying to help your needs.

I do agree with @Alexander Roeschmann, as I too see the possibility of a hyper-inflationary situation due to the Fed continuing to print money, added to the fact that there's an increased demand to refinance loans (due to lower rates) that are causing lenders to have a backlog, which also impacts the interest rates.Rising interest rates will have the effect of lowering demand and the system will adjust accordingly thus reducing housing prices.

I did that to get started and a very fast effect on growing my business.

Some factors that effect price include how many total tenants there will be, how nice the unit is, and what utilities/amenities are included.

The existing leases stay in effect until they have run their term.
