I live in a rural city with a major tourist Summer scene.

I'm new to the investing scene, but I run a real estate photography company and shoot for a majority of the agents in the city.

So even if you move to Sacramento, it's only a few hours back home by car on the holidays to see your Grandma who bought her San Jose home back when it was $50,000.6) Sacramento's Culinary Scene is on the Rise -- Bay Area folks are bringing their tastes and appetites with them.

if they cant then they send their deals to other brokers they like.. if that does not work they then put it on MLS or Loopnet or what have you.. but the best deals are all handled behind the scenes.. 

And usually, we meet at a local bar in Athens.

It includes restaurant, bar, events room, etc, and is currently yielding at 7% (but has potential for much more).I've been struggling to find the right avenues to sell it.
