The home was going to auction but I was able to stop the auction and help pull the home out of foreclosure and get the owner a loan modification(she hadn’t made a payment in 3 years).

(Ive seen houses being occupied by former owners or tenants for years and years before being finally auctioned off.)7. 2022 to late 2023 there might be a 12% dip in the market but it will recover.

@Ron S.I spoke with the guy at the bank/servicer, they are adding on so many fees and back interest that it does not make sense to try to buy it before auction.

If the owner does not pay the taxes within a certain time, you can start a foreclosure and in some state you will own the property, in other it will go to auction and the winner will pay your taxes back with interest.As a whole tax lien are very secure investments (the only risk is if the property is destroyed and the lien value become higher than the vacant land.

Unfortunately this surfaced on Monday, I discovered it a 3am Tuesday due to some differences I was experiencing with her communicating professionally and also giving us false information such as Realty Trac is only for Realtors, which is the site we use to download our auction and foreclosure leads.Because she knows I am from Chicago, she said my family was giving me the info to stand in the way of my success.
