Mary Flores Investor Short Sale Niche beware wholesalers REI

I got into the short sale Niche because I found her through a fellow wholesaler. Unfortunately this surfaced on Monday, I discovered it a 3am Tuesday due to some differences I was experiencing with her communicating professionally and also giving us false information such as Realty Trac is only for Realtors, which is the site we use to download our auction and foreclosure leads.Because she knows I am from Chicago, she said my family was giving me the info to stand in the way of my success. It was no one but God that lead me to that article in less than 24 hours after it hit the news. I had googled her several times before. Her reaction was expected but I just do not think any family will want to do business with her with the allegations out there. It really leaves a bad taste in my mouth cause she has made her youtube videos private now. I am so angry, because of the money, but I will not shame her. I just want wholesalers and peope in the REI world to be aware, because she is fishing for wholesalers who have not closed a deal, or who are seeking other strategies to generate income. Blessings
