Hi , im new to wholesaling real estate im trying to find the best motivated sellers .I am building a list for properties that are in pre foreclosure on the popstream system .What are the best areas for this market ? 

Couldn't I offer 575K and just net 36k when the seller is not as motived?

He doesn’t sell any courses so I trust his advice without suspecting ulterior motives He also talks about getting your real estate license  

Achievable? 

A $200/month jump might be too steep for them right away, but slight increases each quarter/month/however may be more favorable for them, while still ultimately achieving your goal.

It is probably very individual what will trigger you to take action, but motivation, consistent learning and perseverance will eventually bring you where you want to be.

The income possibilities as a vacation or temporary home are motivating me over setting it up as a long-term rental, but I am eager to hear the experiences of others.
