Calling all investors in the Atlanta metro market in Cobb County! In this crazy seller's market. Are you selling or holding your older rental properties?

It's a great time to sell if you have a plan to redeploy the funds. We haven't sold anything because in my view it's like cutting your cow into steaks. Better off milking it for years. If you hold the rental, you can get the income for years and then you can still sell it. I don't see property prices dropping to any extent. If I thought they were going to, I'd probably divest a couple properties.
