All my single-family homes are purchased for the $20k-$25k range and I'm trying to stick to a single zip code in the city of Milwaukee.

Well, at a very drilled-down level, it's helpful to use city-data.com to research by zip code in an unfamiliar MSA, looking at things such as median income, median home price, % living below poverty level, % of renters, etc.

What concerns me whether this can be wholesaled is this: when i compare the list and close prices on the MLS they are very close indeed for the cash sales in that zip code area; yet they are further apart on the retail sales.

I am concerned that yellow letters, like any marketing method, diminish in effectiveness as more people use them - and they have become very popular.Some suggest using a mix of postcards, yellow letters, zip letters, etc.

Is there a way to search for members based on their zip code or something other than city name?
