Hey Scott,

I purchased your book about a year ago. It's a great book. Thank you for that.. I just started investing in flips but I'm lagging in available funds. Any advice or leads that you can provide me towards a HML in Arizona that will do up to 95%?.

Hey Rick,

I don't know any HMLs in Arizona, but my best suggestion is to find a local Real Estate Investor Association (REIA) meeting and do some networking. In my experience, the serious local HMLs do a lot of networking at REIA meetings, as they know that's where the investors will be.
