I am looking for a recommendation for a good home inspector in the Saylorsburg, PA area (Monroe County).Thank you.

Plus in talking to them and being up front goes along ways and they are your best inspector and will give you a list of repairs.  

The inspector just noted there were small cracks and that they are not normally an issue.

Do you know a good home inspector or home inspection company around Austin?

Do the inspections only benefit the tenant or will the inspector also demand the tenant fix unreasonable damages they have inflicted on the property?

This is for my primary residence but I am looking to find a good reference for someone I can also use in the future as my portfolio grows.

I know people say that the best way to learn is to shadow a home inspector, well,  before event do that I need to learn some basics, so I don't waist much of his time with stupid questions :)Any recommendations on a good read?
