Hello BP fam!  :)

I am vety very new to RE investing and would like to find a good resource to educate myself on home inspection. Books, links ,anything, but good for beginners like me. I need to know what to.look for when buying a new property. I know people say that the best way to learn is to shadow a home inspector, well,  before event do that I need to learn some basics, so I don't waist much of his time with stupid questions :)

Any recommendations on a good read? Or kind home.inspector in my area (PA) who doesn't mind to be a mentor? (lunch would be on me :)

Thx
