I'm a huge fan of Aaron Calhoun at DblCheck, he's done two inspections for me so far and both have been worth every single penny; the first deal I backed out of due to the amount of repairs required that I would not have otherwise known, and the second deal I was able to get a much better price on because of the stuff that was uncovered.

He's honest, patient, thorough, professional, and able to explain complicated things in a simple to understand way. He also has a really cool thermal device to help detect air conditioning duct and insulation leakages. Strongly recommended!
