They also will market something in the 110,000 range.I'd estimate that there's at least 10-20 percent margin there (built into price) compared to if you were the prime builder and/or managing yourself, and buying the materials yourself.So, if my math is right, you'd be at about $117,000 in just for materials, plus a likely concrete pour for a driveway.PLUS, of course, labor.

@Tyler Mullen In your example, why does the property owner have no idea how much their property is worth... why are you imagining me telling them it’s presently worth half of what they paid... and how come documents is in quotes?

The labor cost something, but it's not prohibiting...I can't imagine someone not spending an extra $5000 to have their house ready to stream 4K or better, or connect their sound system, or become a content creator or any of the host of application where having existing Ethernet just make sense...I am suggesting it should be as normal as an electricial outlet.

Unless you've presented them with a business plan on how many you want to buy in GA and in what time frame, shown them a proof of funds, and forwarded a list of properties owned where you are, I can't imagine they are very out of line not hopping on every SAT showing of a 55k dump.
