@Andrew Syrios I think most of my tents are pretty good about taking care of the lawn but my Rental is in Raeford, NC which is very close to Fort Bragg so all of my tenants have been military and any lawn care issues tend to coincide with their deployment schedule.

In fact one of the MHC's that we cleaned up on the Caloosahatchee River in Fort Meyers was rezoned for a high rise Condo Hotel; certainly not a viable option for all the displaced residents that resided in that MHC before Charley.
