The base does have high turnover from what I'm tracking (Fort Campbell).

If you’re looking for more appreciation, there are areas around Wilkes Barre like Kingston and Forty-Fort that are like mini suburbs.

Is the story similar for Arlington and Fort Worth side?

I didn't have that option in the first few years....that's a luxury that comes with success.I honestly love your goal, and think it's a laudable one.

Can someone in North Dallas-Fort Worth speak to how accurate that may be?

@Andrew Syrios  I think most of my tents are pretty good about taking care of the lawn but my Rental is in Raeford, NC which is very close to Fort Bragg so all of my tenants have been military and any lawn care issues tend to coincide with their deployment schedule. 

@Chai Sag Do you know anything about the Fort Lee/Edgewater area for condos?

In fact one of the MHC's that we cleaned up on the Caloosahatchee  River in Fort Meyers was rezoned for a high rise Condo Hotel; certainly not a viable option for all the displaced residents that resided in that MHC before Charley.
