Direct Mail Response Rate for Investment deals and Listings
Hello BP,
I've been researching responses rates for yellow letters and postcards as I'm deciding what to send and how many to start off with. I'm in the north DFW market so it's fairly competitive from what i hear. In an effort to monetize as many leads as possible, I'd like to know how likely it is to get some listings from a traditional absentee, equity, tax delinquent list, etc. If i can't get a deal to wholesale, how likely is it that i could convert some leads into listings for my wife who's a license realtor?
I hear yellow letters can yield 5-10% reponse rate, postcards can be .5% or so. Can someone in North Dallas-Fort Worth speak to how accurate that may be?
I'm looking to mail 2000-5000 pcs depending on projected conversion rate.
Thanks in advance
