This is the Allegany County area between Hagerstown and Cumberland, and features a large state public university.

I was using Buildium, but I just couldn't figure it out and it had many features that I know I would not use.

Whichever method a homeowner uses to advertise and book their home, we strongly recommend that a) the property listing is marketed very well with excellent pictures, thorough description, About The Owner feature, video, and accurate information as well as b) a conversation exist between the homeowner and the vacationer prior to booking to ensure that the house is a good fit for both parties and expectations are clear and acceptable.  

The tenant that needs these accessibility features will often stay "forever" and pay a higher than market rent, as well.  

I'm not entirely sure how each differs in pricing and features, but I hope this helps! 

@Robert Bacher To me personally, you spend more time on the rental qualification than the features of the house.

Hi Andrew,I like your wrap around porch, and as you wrote, it's a huge architectural feature on your front facade, so it needs the proper balastrade.A simple and inexpensive solution would be simple square 2"x 2" wood balusters, rather than the skinny aluminum versions, all around the porch. 

I have a lot of friends in the real estate game that are constantly complaining about having to do the property management themselves or using a system that is difficult and doesn't solve all of their issues.I want to build a better system for property management than is currently available on the market that offers the option for services so you can truly hands of manage you property for much less than a traditional property management company would charge.Would love to get some feedback from the community here on what would be really valuable from a property owner in terms of features, value created and pricing.
