Incase you didn't read my posting correctly it states I told a "true" story, thus the best defense to defamation.I appreciate the true meaning of the First Amendment, however we must maintain our freedom of press, which utilizes the First Amendment rights to protect us from the government, and if the government steps in and decides that laws are to be written or have been written to protect the corporation from freedom of press is that not a violation of our rights?
