Hey everybody! I am so stoked to have come across this website full of people who are intimately involved in an area that I am wanting to find out more about. My short term goal is to buy/fix up a property and turn it into a rental while the long term goal is to generate several properties over the next few years and capitalize as much as possible on the diminished housing market.
