Hey everybody! I am so stoked to have come across this website full of people who are intimately involved in an area that I am wanting to find out more about. My short term goal is to buy/fix up a property and turn it into a rental while the long term goal is to generate several properties over the next few years and capitalize as much as possible on the diminished housing market. Looking forward to getting to know more of you and being part of this community!
