He threw my first deal at me and said" hey lets see what you can do" I knew nothing about negotiating ,talking to sellers or buyers..but..as intimidated as I was ..I knew this is what I was needing.THE DEAL:7 houses from a tired landlord. 6 on the same st one on another st... $50 k!!!
