My name is Crystal Minor. I am a Registered Nurse with no experience in Real Estate Investing. I currently own a townhouse with a mortgage. My husband acquired a family home that is paid for that we recently moved into. My thoughts are to rent out the townhouse and use the money to save for the downpayment on our dream home. I am looking to gain information to be successful in this endeavor as well as acquiring new properties to invest in and build wealth.
