If the Democrats were to at least acknowledge that there are people taking advantage of the system and at least provide a plan for reducing the debt/deficit instead of ignore it, I think a lot of people like me would be all ears.If either party were to do that, they'd be in a lot better off shape come this election day.

Unless the wiring is in bad shape you shouldn't have to replace it though as long as it's the right gauge in the first place.

For instance if you were to see a bunch of active with no activity (not in attorney review or under contract) at $130k and up then that, together with several solid sold comps in the $120 - 125k range,would at least come close to confirming that the most the market will pay is $120-125k.Unless, as others have stated, you go further back and see that the market is trending upwards.
