I would find a local buyers agent and submit your offer on the numbers you want.

Hello all,I am currently using Stessa as my property management (pm) software.

If you are listed on a rental network like VRBO, they are now submitting those taxes.

Does anyone have a property management software program they have personally used that they would recommend, or discourage?

That is why I chose that approach and why I submitted both in writing.

It was a much faster permitting process and build, I am in the middle of a rehab for a property in Bloomington (SB County) and got the permit pretty quickly (a few weeks, best of my knowledge I think the CA law requires less than 30 days for approval/corrections of ADU once submitted or it defaults to approved as is submitted).

@Charles Yant Very good, I will make sure to submit an offer, no matter how I feel about it because the seller may feel differently!

Additionally his loans are all about the property itself so the loan won't show on your credit report and you don't need to submit tax returns, etc.   

I have used loan amortizer pro in the past and it worked well but lately I can't get any customer service. Everything is email only no phone to call.

Anything better out there?
