Best way for Cash Out Refi

My wife and I just purchased our 1st property all cash (due to the sellers market) in Syracuse NY. We'd like to do a cash-out refi and was wondering if it's best to find a mortgage broker or call local banks? Or maybe even something else ?

Hi Jerome,  we just closed our 5th refi with Alex Bekeza.  You will probably need a couple months of seasoning with him, and he goes up to 75% for cash out, but in case Dante's local folks can't help, Alex and his team were really great.  Super responsive and helpful with ideas on what loan programs are best for your situation.  Additionally his loans are all about the property itself so the loan won't show on your credit report and you don't need to submit tax returns, etc.   His website is https://brrrrstrategyfunding.com.  Tell him my wife Erin sent you!
