Vacation rental tax question

LLC/vacation rental property jointly own with another couple. Where do we complete business taxes? Property is in another state than where we reside. Just purchased the property in Oct. Recommendations for someone in Florida? (Property is there) we reside in Ohio and are concerned accountants won't know Florida tax laws.
