Would you recommend transactional funding, double closing, etc.

The transaction needs to be arms length so it needs to be listed in the MLS.  

So many new investors are only looking for "off market" and wholesale deals- the fact of the matter is that 95% of the residential real estate transactions occur through the MLS, and contrary to popular belief, you can find deals there.

I will not be submitting any offers or any actual real estate transactions. 

I think that you should review your PM contract to see if they have some facilitator fees for the sale but your original buying agent has nothing to do with this transaction. 

Hello BP family, I’m an investor new to the PA area, has anyone ever closed a sub to deal in Pennsylvania?

We fixed is up quickly and sold it for no profit to one of our housekeepers (who works at our hotel) who did not have a safe house to live in.

I would like to ask my follow investors , please pass the information of title company or closing attorneys you mainly use on your Transaction.

With over 500+ HUD transactions, I have only had title issues less than a handful of times.
