Advice on maximizing an assignment fee w/o offending seller?
Inquiring about creative ways to maximize an assignment fee while wholesaling a deal. My objective is to avoid offending the seller and the buyer with the amount of my assignment fee. Would you recommend transactional funding, double closing, etc. Any advice/ideas would be appreciated. Thank you.
