More people to evict, more roommate hassle, more wear and tear, more noise, more parking, more tenants to deal with.If they want to permanently add her to the lease, I would let her apply.Of course, some tenants just sublet out rooms without asking, so I suppose "at least they asked."

The Acting Governor has asked businesses to send non-essential workers home, and the City of Waltham has issued a snow emergency and asking businesses to shut down and send workers home, no parking on the streets, etc.
