Newbie investing in Chicago! Looking for contacts, especially contractors

I am a first time investor and I have decided to start my journey in Chicago. I am searching for some contacts to start my business. Mostly contractors I as its hard to contact good ones. I am looking to purchase 3 and 4 flats in South Chicago, rehab, rent, and hold. If anyone has any tips or contacts (especially contractors) that'd be appreciated! :)
