Without purchasing details, it currently shows the applicant has court records and 3.26 reputation score. 

I don't know any reputable PM that would take on a nonsensical project like that.

Then I did some web scrapping to pull the valuable data and stick them in a spreadsheet. 

Note on Quicken, I personally prefer the older versions (non-web based) which you can purchase on the internet for pretty cheap price and don't have a recurring fee each year for a subscription (Quicken 2016 and earlier I believe).
