Please share your OWN personal experiences (positive or negative) regarding Syndications and Crowdfunfing. I understand the Crowdfunding is new.

Which Syndications you have personally invested that you have been happy and how you vet them? I appreciate, if you share the ones with a solid track record and have been in a couple of cycles, but are recession proven. Thank you in advance for taking the time to share your geniun experiences.
