Different Landlord/Tenant Laws when Subletting

Here is a excerpt from a web page I found online:

"Tenants have fewer rights under state law if they're renting a room in your home. For example, if you want your renter gone, you don't have to go to court. Give him enough advance notice and once the time expires, you can have him arrested for trespassing if he doesn't leave. If you rent to more than one tenant, that changes: You're obligated to abide by regular state rules on discrimination, eviction and all other landlord requirements."

Does anyone know if this is also true in Oregon?

Here is the link I got it from: https://homeguides.sfgate.com/can-subletting-room-house-affect-mortgage-95671.html
