What you need to ask first is what type of platform you want to build, what type of offerings you plan to offer, who you're targetting--all those questions play into the legal and different tech aspects of what you'll need.

For this conversation, say I can sell that around $1M, prorated $ would be $900K.I need to make sure this $900K would pay for two units (if Triplex) orthree units (4plex) I must target the upleg property priced at $1.35M for the Triplex, $1.2M for the 4plex.....I hope I am correct.
