James Conaway I'll give some generalities from my experience:- 25% down- 5-7 fixed w/ a balloon - 20-25 year amortization - full-recourse- 6-9 months of reserves - they will want to review property financials- they will want to review your personal financials And they'll want a say in the insurance policy, designate the appraiser, and the rest of the "standard" stuff that you're used to already.
