I just had a loan funded on one of these sites and it was fast and painless; I was even able to use photos from my cell phone for the documentation required for the loan.

I'd also encourage you to upload a photo of yourself, or another pic that represents you.

When you write about the large secondary bedrooms, then the photos should show that those bedrooms are large.
