The lady at the tax office says the tax investor only owns an interest in the property and can place a lien on the property then other times this same clerk  says the investor can apply for a tax deed when ever they want regardless of what we do.

I am not sure about all of the details but this could be a great way in for a first time investor. what do you ladies and gents think?

I was skimming an area forum and saw a young lady had posted, looking for section 8 housing in Bensalem that allowed pets....In response to her post, someone stated that by having her pet registered as "emotional support" that they are equivalent to a service animal and exempt from the no-pet policy.

Not worried about renting duplex as it is modern design and with a yard for pets.

I met a lady and her son that own roughly 11 properties throughout the city approximately 40+ units in their total portfolio.

I have been updating the garages with fresh paint, epoxy floors, new modern fixtures and vinyl base.

It may be a less expensive option for the lady. 

Too modern.

Most likely the lady will say she fell or something, but MAYBE this time she will stand up to him.
