You need to get preapproved before beginning your search to buy and that is when the bank will fill you in on all the details.

Hi Carla,If it were me, I'd sit down with the potential partner (over a business meal to make it a little more relaxed) and discuss upfront the things that the two of you think might cause the partnership to go wrong.

It's located right on the outskirts of a booming area and I suspect it to be filled with homes and businesses within the next 2 years or so.

They also commented that without some things like gaming and a heated pool or hot tub that it was very tough to fill vacancies.
