I don't manage 700 but am plugging along.

Yeah, it's really useful to look at what other properties in the area are making exactly before deciding on such a big investment. 

Plus, managing an LLC adds complexity, requiring adherence to state regulations and additional paperwork.

Our building is fully occupied and none of the current tenants want to be the onsite manager. 

I have a management company that is local for day-day management.

I have worked as a construction manager and most recently I am building a software for the construction industry and I can help with some recommendations.

Over the last 2 years that I've managed a short-term rental in northern San Antonio, I have experienced many small contractors that get so easily triggered, offended, and upset at me and my wife.
