The agreement is l get of the lease in 6 months and to be paid 15k. 5k at closing, 5k in 2 months in, 5k at refinance.

I want to learn about wholesalong, lease options, rentals, flips and rehabs.

You would need 60 days notice to get rid of the tenants if they are on a month to month lease, at that point rehab and get it done. 

Hello, I am about to do a Lease option / Rent to own on a SFH I own. 

My old pricing was $2100 for a year lease, and $2300 a month for a min of 3 months both will all utilities included.

Put up for rent and in 10 years I once had a property sit vacant for 2 weeks because it needed so much work before I would show it. 2nd worst/average is probably 3-5 days for a new lease with 5-10 day move in. 

Consistently I was just cleaning out my basement and found my very first leases on my first duplex.
