Every time someone tells me I am crazy for quitting my 8-4 & very well paid government job to be a full-time RE investor; I nod, smile and say I know.

I bet there are just a few glitches in the programming that need to be fixed.

Additionally, the LLC is governed by state law, and the registration fees and maintenance costs differ from state to state.  

Are there any comprehensive investment programs or companies that offer umbrella services for investors that others would recommend?

On a high level, it seems really attractive as I can get a loan with 3% downpayment and no PMI or use the LPMI program where the lender pays the MI (I know I qualify for the loan).

Most of the cities already have laws restricting them - https://www.biggerpockets.com/forums/530/topics/21...There are a couple that don't have any laws governing them and now with the new Florida Statue, they can't enact any.

I wonder if there is a correlation between programming and rental property ownership/management? 

Practically speaking, you should at least call the various government offices that may have information about liens.

If B of A does well with their new 3% down program, other banks will likely follow their footsteps.If history is any indication, the higher we go, the harder we fall.
