That's so vague as to be useless, and you wouldn't believe how often I hear that.Worse, I get calls from "new wholesalers" looking for agents to work with. 

But this time it read, "Learn to Fix/Flip, wholesale, and Invest.

I would really like to alleviate this burden for this family, hold their hand through the process and solidify my first wholesale deal.

I've found that almost everyone I have met in the community is extremely helpful towards as long as you are genuinely trying to learn.
